Dick Schlott, Chief Executive Officer

With over 40 years in the real estate business, Dick Schlott is a well-known and highly regarded professional in the industry. He founded Schlott Realtors in 1971 and grew it to 140 offices and 4,500 salespeople across 5 States with over $7 Billion in sales. Schlott also developed the Home Mortgage Network before selling Schlott Realtors to Coldwell Banker in the early 1990s.

Schlott then ran the ERA Franchise system until its sale to Cendant in the mid-1990s. He moved on to develop GMAC Home Services and served as President and CEO from the late 1990s through early 2001. During this time, one of the purchases he made for the company was that of Gloria Nilson Realtors.

After leaving GMAC, Schlott purchased The Bernards Inn in Bernardsville, NJ.

However, Schlott's dedication to the real estate business could not keep him away for long, and he is once again involved with a company he helped grow, in an industry he knows so well.

Patricia S. Bell, President

Pat Bell's relationship with Gloria Nilson began in 2000, when GMAC acquired Gloria Nilson Realtors of New Jersey and appointed Ms. Bell as President and CEO of Gloria Nilson GMAC Real Estate. In 2009, Brookfield RPS purchased GMAC and subsequently sold the Gloria Nilson division to Dick Schlott. After the sale, Ms. Bell continued on as President of the newly created entity, Gloria Nilson & Co. Real Estate. For well over a decade, Ms. Bell has dedicated herself to the growth and expansion of the Gloria Nilson brand. Under her thoughtful leadership, the company has successfully expanded to 20 offices with over 700 sales associates.

Ms. Bell began her management career in mid-1970, when she owned her own real estate company in Princeton Junction, NJ. In 1985, she sold her business to Schlott Realtors and remained to manage their Princeton Junction Branch. With her guidance, the office became one of the top producing offices in the Schlott organization. In 1991, Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage purchased Schlott Realtors, and Ms. Bell was named Regional Vice President of the new organization. Her territory became one of the top 10 countrywide Coldwell Banker regions, and in 1999, she was promoted to Senior Vice President. Soon after, she joined GMAC as Senior Vice President.

During her tenure with GMAC Real Estate, Ms. Bell was selected to be the President and CEO of their New England Company, EMRE, with over 60 offices in Massachusetts and New Hampshire, as well as the Gloria Nilson division. She continued this dual presidency until November 2004, at which time she resigned her position at EMRE in order to focus exclusively on Gloria Nilson.

Gary Foulks, Regional Vice President

Gary Foulks joined Gloria Nilson & Co. Real Estate in 1997 as the branch manager for the company's Holmdel Office. In 1998, under the leadership of Mr. Foulks, the Holmdel office exceeded the prior year's production by 100% and was recognized as the company's most improved office. He was appointed Regional Vice President of Gloria Nilson in 2002, where his industry expertise assists him in effectively managing the day-to-day operations of the company.

Prior to joining Gloria Nilson, Mr. Foulks owned his own real estate company, Foulks Preston Agency, for 20 years. He has been a member of the National, State, and Monmouth County Board of Realtors since 1969 and, in 1972, was the youngest sales associate to receive his broker designation in the state of New Jersey. He has served as Director of the Monmouth County Board of Realtors and has chaired both the Ethics and Realtors Risk Committees. In 2004, Mr. Foulks was honored as the recipient of Gloria Nilson's Premier Service Award.

Suzzane J Kronenfeld, Director of New Homes

After receiving her sales associate license in 1998, Suzzanne Kronenfeld became a broker sales associate specializing in new home sales. She received her broker's license in 2005, and in August 2009, she joined Gloria Nilson & Co. Real Estate as their Director of New Homes. At Gloria Nilson, Suzzane's responsibilities include identifying business opportunities, working with builder clients to develop their marketing and sales programs, and expanding the company's new homes programs. She is the recipient of numerous industry awards and accolades, including Associate of the Quarter for 2nd Quarter 2008 from the New Jersey Builders Association, Shore Builders Association of Central New Jersey's Spotlight Award, and the prestigious Committee Service Award. Suzzane is also the co-chair of the Membership Committee and on the Board of Directors for SBACNJ. Prior to joining Gloria Nilson, Suzzane worked at Weichert New Homes as a Regional Sales Manager VP.

Patricia "Tricia" Kobos, Director, Client Services

With over 18 year experience in real estate, Tricia has been working in the central New Jersey market since 2009, servicing clients throughout Middlesex, Mercer, Monmouth and Ocean counties. In her current role, Tricia is closely integrated with the Relocation Services Division to insure Gloria Nilson's position in the marketplace as the preeminent provider of Corporate Relocation Services in the markets we serve. Tricia cultivates and maintains business relationships with broker to broker networks, corporations, relocation service providers, and referral networks both domestic and international. Prior to joining Gloria Nilson & Co. Real Estate, Tricia served as Sr. Vice President, Broker Services for a global real estate corporation where she supported the growth and development of world class franchise real estate companies and sales associates across the globe.

Tricia is a resident of Monroe Township where she enjoys spending her free time with her husband Bill and daughter, Katie. Tricia volunteers her time with the Make A Wish Foundation of New Jersey where she is a Wish Granter.

Sharon Brehm-Coté, Marketing Manager

Sharon Brehm-Coté has over 20 years of experience in marketing, design, and data management. At Gloria Nilson & Co. Real Estate, she manages advertising and internet marketing as well as designs marketing and collateral materials. To ensure that Gloria Nilson's marketing resources are of the highest quality in the industry, Sharon facilitates the company's relationships with strategic marketing partners, oversees all areas of marketing support, and keeps a strong focus on maintaining brand integrity. Prior to coming to Gloria Nilson in 2005, Sharon worked as a Digital Services Manager and developed a data-driven variable data workflow that produced high volume customized collateral for a niche market.

Cathy Eakle, Technical Trainer

For well over a decade, Cathy Eakle has been instrumental in fulfilling Gloria Nilson & Co. Real Estate's commitment to innovative technology. She offers monthly, hands-on training workshops for our specially designed programs as well as other unique training classes which address new technology endeavors. Her goal is to place all our sales associates a step above the competition. Prior to joining Gloria Nilson, Cathy was the Lead Regional Trainer with Computer City for the central New Jersey area. During this time, she was in charge of training the company's software instructors and the corporate and public sector clientele.
